Position Overview: The Internal Sales Team Lead will oversee the internal sales team and ensure that sales processes are optimized to meet business objectives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills to drive performance, implement sales strategies, and manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the internal sales team to ensure sales targets and goals are achieved.
• Compilation of quotations as per customer requirements.
• Support the Head of Sales in the development and implementation of the sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to
improve results.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., External Sales, Order management,
finance, engineering and quality) to ensure timely delivery of products and
services.
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
