Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to hunt, not just manage pipelines. This role is built for someone who specializes deeply in one recruiting lane and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates through strong sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building.
You may specialize in Executive Assistants, Marketing roles, or Technical roles. You do not need to be an expert in all three. What matters is that you are exceptional in at least one area and know how to run focused searches with speed, precision, and judgment.
This is not a coordinator role. You will own searches end to end, operate with autonomy, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to fill critical roles efficiently.
