Role Summary

You'll operate as an internal consultant: diagnosing organizational challenges, working backward from business goals, shaping structural improvements, enabling leaders, and driving initiatives that elevate innovation, capacity, morale and capability across teams. You'll work closely with the Leadership team and CEO across multiple functional areas for enabling us to be a market leader SaaS company.

   1. Work backward from company and departmental goals to identify the org structures, systems, and workflows needed to achieve them.
