The internal support will provide technical support and assist with maintaining the company’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, system maintenance, and coordinating with teams to ensure reliability and efficiency of IT services within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to company employees for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral device issues.
