International Accounting Manager

We are seeking an International Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations of a Shared Services Center (SSC) supporting multiple entities across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional accounting operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS, SOX, and local regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the SSC.
Act as the main accounting contact for Corporate Finance, country leaders, and internal/external auditors.
Lead and develop high-performing, multicultural accounting teams.
Oversee ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or similar) and support regional strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong experience in regional or international accounting roles, ideally within SSC environments.
