**Job Location: Providencia, Jalisco****Summary**:**Partner with country benefits partners to oversee the development, implementation and execution of the benefits programs which includes retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs and insurance policies such as health, life and disability.
****This position will be working in projects for 15Countries (Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Malaysia Philippines, UAE, South Korea, Switzerland, UK, Singapore, Japan, SA, Thailand, Germany)****Key Responsabilities for this role**:**Health & Welfare insurance program design and management**- Utilize deep benefits and Human Resources (HR) knowledge to implement, maintain, and improve benefit offerings to build competitive retirement, leave, wellness and insurance benefits programs at the international regions to energize teams across the organization to drive continuous improvements and EVP.
