**Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS)** is hiring an **International Business Development Lead – Northern Europe** to drive platform sales and strategic partnerships across the region.

As part of BDS International Business Development (IBD), you will identify, qualify and advance sales opportunities with government and prime-contractor customers across Northern Europe, supporting capture teams by bringing in-depth knowledge of customer requirements and processes.

You must be a credible external representative of Boeing with excellent stakeholder management skill, able to lead cross-functional internal teams to translate customer needs into competitive proposals.
