International Consultant – Antimicrobial Stewardship Mentoring

Deliverables

Deliverable 1: Conduct mentoring sessions in an one Oblast level hospital and a one University hospital, which includes reviewing five complex cases of antimicrobial prescription, one report which reviews the work of the AMS team, challenges and opportunities for improvement, and conducting a rapid survey on rational antimicrobial use. Expected by: 30th November 2026.

Deliverable 2: Provide 10 recommendations to strengthen AMS-programs at the facility level and submit a final report on the mentoring provided for AMS-programme strengthening in the 2 health care facilities in Ukraine. Expected by: 30th November 2026.

Qualifications, experience, skills and languages:

Educational Qualification

Essential: Advanced university degree in Medicine; Specialization in Intensive care, surgery, or infectious diseases;

Desirable: PhD in infectious diseases
