We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Management (GBM ) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The purpose of International Consultant is to provide implementation, ongoing, and renewal operational support to internal and external parties. Responsibilities include executing project management and process development tasks as part of an operational client support team. Expectations include proactively assessing business and client needs to develop process solutions and operational best practices.
