Pinnacle is looking for outstanding profiles for the Customer Support Executives
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product and pricing availability.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English conversation.
Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
