Job Description
We are seeking anInternational Field Service Representative (IFSR)to work closely with the international Silvus team to provide our customers with tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role participates in technical demonstrations, support, and sales of the Silvus family of advanced multi- antenna MIMO radio and mesh networking solutions. This position plays a key role in influencing product development.
This position reports to the Senior Sales Engineer and is a 100% remote role.Candidates must be based in the UAE to be eligible for remote work.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support including system planning, customer training, system optimization, etc.
