International Logistics Coordinator

The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods across international borders. This role ensures shipments are delivered on time, in compliance with global trade regulations, and at optimal cost, while maintaining strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export requirements
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
