International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods across international borders. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant transportation of products while maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments (air, ocean, and ground) from origin to final destination
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to resolve shipment issues
