Key Responsibilities

International Shipping

• Global goods movement: Move LTD goods worldwide on time, in full, compliantly, and at the lowest delivered cost.
• Factory & freight contacts: Maintain up-to-date records across all origins and destinations.
• PO & shipment tracking: Issue, track, and follow up every LTD purchase order; proactively manage delays and exceptions.
• Production meetings: Run weekly meetings with factories to review new POs, confirm ex-factory dates, and escalate QC concerns.
• Supplier performance: Maintain scorecards for offshore manufacturers; conduct quarterly reviews and manage escalation/remediation.
• Shipping timeframes & cost: Manage lead times, freight cost, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
