Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or any relevant Subject.

• Arabic Speaker is preferred

• Customer service skills.

• High level of commitment and drive; outgoing and pleasant personality.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficient Knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.

• 0 - 2 years of similar industry experience with a customer service background.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver accurate estimates on volume for moves.

2. Prepare quotes on a daily basis for air/sea/land transportation so clients have competitive and up-to-date quotes.

3. Schedule packing, moving, and loading dates/times with customers so that the customers are satisfied with the level of service.
