International Patient Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking international patients and their families throughout their hospital journey.
• Assist patients with registration, admission, billing, discharge, and appointment scheduling while ensuring smooth coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Provide translation and interpretation support (French English/Kannada/Hindi) for consultations, reports, discharge summaries, and patient instructions.
• Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clarity in communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Support patients in navigating hospital services (consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, insurance, and procedures).
