International Property Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and offer all Ayala Land residential brands (Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia) to prospects
• Represent the organization in sponsored booths/events/roadshows
• Maximize use of different digital initiatives to reach all types of clients from both local and international markets
• Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly
• Build and sustain a client-seller relationship
• Meet the required sales target on a monthly basis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in any course
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years of experience from industries such as, but not limited, to Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, Banking and Finance, etc. is an advantage
• Adept at networking and maintaining client relations
