Purpose of Position
This role will be based from our offices in Hinckley Working within DPD International Operations, you will work directly with senior managers, providing analytical findings, proposing solutions and making recommendations to support the Road Service Team. You will conduct trend analysis of Road Service and Operations to identify the cause of service failures, in order to improve operational compliance and customer retention.
Key Task & Responsibilities
Proactive resolution to service performance issues using cause analysis reports and liaison with other departments to complete actions that will improve DPD Classic service 
Ensuring that all operational procedures are implemented and adhered to in line with the development of the International products 
Conduct trend analysis on receipt of any escalations relating to DPD Classic service quality and non-compliance and submit a report of ac...
