The International Sales Manager – Southeast Asia at Molecor SEA is responsible for driving regional sales growth for the company's PVC‑O piping systems. The role oversees both in-house sales teams and regional distributors, while directly managing key accounts in markets without direct sales presence. The manager acts as the main commercial leader for Southeast Asia and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate in‑house sales teams, set targets, monitor performance, and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Manage and support distributors, define strategies, set objectives, and provide training.
