Key Responsibilities
• Handle international sales inquiries (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
• Prepare quotations, offers, and follow-ups for overseas buyers
• Communicate with clients regarding:
• Product specifications
• Pricing
• Delivery timelines
• Payment terms
• Coordinate with operations & management for order execution
• Maintain buyer database & CRM records
• Actively search for new buyers via LinkedIn, email & online platforms
• Support management in tenders, RFQs, and negotiations.
