International Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Establishes and strengthens broker networks of SMDC both nationwide and worldwide

• Promotes SMDC properties through advertisements and other effective marketing strategies

• Develops, organizes, and maintains a comprehensive client database

• Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly sales targets

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed at least two (2) years in college

• Preferably with sales experience

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
