Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & Curriculum Support

• Assist the Principal in implementing the school curriculum, academic policies, and assessment standards
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and classroom performance
• Support academic planning, examinations, and student assessment processes

Student Affairs & Discipline

• Oversee student discipline, behavior management, and welfare
• Handle student conduct issues, counseling referrals, and parent meetings
