International Stock Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan to secure availability of stocked products, chemicals, assembled products and test kits
• Monitor which products within the product portfolio to keep stocked in the different warehouse locations.
• Responsible for setting the service level high on stocked products.
• Pro-actively monitor increases or decreases in demand of the assigned product portfolio and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Align with stakeholders on market developments, regulations, or changes in customer purchasing behaviour.
• Align with Planning for availability considerations, supply availability from suppliers etc..
• Obtaining sufficient feedback and integrating customer forecasts and follow-up on forecast accuracy.
• Review and follow up on specific Supply Chain Management (SCM) requests.
• Responsible for establishing solid planning on the phase-in and phase-out of products in case needed.
