International Trade Compliance Analyst

Łódź, Poland - hybrid setting

Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Classify products using customs tariff codes and determine country of origin.

Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and sanitary/phytosanitary regulations.

Advise on import/export requirements, including documentation, licenses, and registrations.

Manage customs procedures, brokerage processes, and trade compliance master data in SAP/GTS.

Screen business partners against sanctions and restricted party lists.

Support import/export audits and implement corrective actions where needed.

Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA, R&D, Finance, Customer Service) and external authorities.
