Key Responsibilities May Include:
Assist retail account managers with day-to-day account management operations, including reporting, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
Track and analyze key metrics related to asset productivity, stock deviations, and transaction management. Provide regular reports to account managers and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and discrepancies, working closely with retail account managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory discrepancies and manage the reconciliation of stock levels. Ensure the proper tracking of assets such as pallets, and oversee inventory management processes.
Identify opportunities for improving existing processes within account management, suggesting and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
