Internet Lineman

Job Summary:
An Internet Lineman installs, maintains, and troubleshoots Converge's fiber-optic and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure reliable internet service to customers. This role works closely with team leads and field supervisors to complete network projects safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Install Fiber and Cable Lines

• Lay, pull, and secure fiber-optic and related telecom cables.
• Set up infrastructure including overhead lines and poles when needed.

Maintenance & Repair

• Inspect and maintain existing fiber lines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs, including replacing damaged cables.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, and crew members to complete jobs on time.
• Update progress reports as required.
