Internet Protocol Engineer

As part of the protocol team, you’ll work at the lowest levels of the stack to solve complex distributed systems problems and build secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement improvements to blockchain protocol layers (networking, consensus, state management, etc.)
• Develop new protocol features in languages such as Rust, Go, or C++
• Collaborate with cryptographers and researchers to implement cutting-edge consensus algorithms
• Optimize protocol performance for scalability, security, and decentralization
• Conduct rigorous testing and simulation of protocol upgrades or forks
• Review and audit peer code to ensure high standards of quality and security

Requirements

• Strong experience in systems-level programming (Rust, Go, or C++)
