Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Procurement Support
• Assist in collecting relevant product/service information.
• Support the preparation of RFQs/RFPs and coordinate communication with vendors.
• Perform basic market research and price benchmarking for digital tools, software, and services.
2. Contract & Vendor Management
• Track contract status, expiries, and renewals; update contract databases.
• Coordinate with legal, IT, and cybersecurity teams for due-diligence and compliance checks.
• Maintain vendor performance dashboards and follow up on deliverables or issues.
3. Budget & Cost Control
• Assist in tracking budget utilization for digital BAU & projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and forecast updates.
• Support checking/processing of purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
• Ensure proper documentation for invoices and approvals
