Internship Beauty Digital Innovation

**Start date: As of April 2026**

**Duration: minimum 6 months, ideally 1 year**

**Hours: 32-40 hours**

**Your role:**

The Digital Innovation intern will support the Beauty Digital Solutions team by contributing to various running innovation projects as part of our business’ digital strategy. These projects range from Agile App Development, Value Proposition Creation and Product Development, Launch & Monitoring based on App data. You will be working closely with a Sr. Digital Consumer Marketing Managers and a wider team of digital experts. As part of the team, you will:

+ Support innovation and value proposition creation by assisting in consumer needs research, market trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

+ Contribute to digital analytics and user insights to track KPI’s and help inform product strategy and feature development.
