Job Description

YOUR TASKS
What will you do? 
Sample management for all incoming samples 
Manage product communication to stores 
Together with the Buying assistant responsible for all buying/ ecommerce processes, together with the ecommerce team 
Together with the Buying assistant responsible to have all fitting documents and samples prepared for fittings 
Together with the Buying assistant responsible for checking bulk submissions 
Together with the Buying assistant responsible for creating COT forms 
Together with the Buying assistant responsible for different processes in our order system SAP 
Prepare data and product for business-critical meetings 
General support of the Buying team
About you!
Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail
