Job Description

Your scope of work

As an intern within the IT & Gaming team, you will contribute to the development of a commercial e-learning program that supports knowledge growth and category performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take ownership of a high-impact project from strategy to execution, working closely with HR, commercial teams, and external partners. Your work will result in a structured training ecosystem that will be actively used and further developed by the business after your internship. Furthermore, you will:

  • Gain experience in developing and implementing a commercial e-learning strategy from concept to execution

  • Analyze the current learning landscape, identify knowledge gaps, and translate insights into a structured training roadmap

  • Collaborate closely with the HR Learning & Development team to align learning initiatives with company-wide frameworks, tools, and standards
