YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as in important strategic projects

Support with ongoing international M&A projects (e.g. company valuation, due diligence)

Independent implementation of strategic analyses, especially market and company analyses

Independent preparation and follow-up of management workshops

Work in close collaboration with various functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Ongoing or completed business studies (university/university of applied sciences)

Basic knowledge of financial and strategic management

Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Power Point and Excel)

English, German is a plus

Analytical, precise and conscientious way of working & organizational talent
