Internship - Credit Control (Mar 2026 Intake)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Monitoring and calling customers for KLMO accounts to ensure all installments/ repayments are collected in time and preventing them from being classified NPL.

·       Following through via phone calls monthly installment-cheque, copy of bank-in slip, replenish of postdated cheques, replacement of returned cheque.

·       Monitoring and collecting all accounts with overdue interest and other misc, e.g. insurance premium and legal fees.

·       Liaising with collection/ marketing staff to arrange on site visitation for problematic accounts (e.g. uncontactable customers/ cheque returned/ unanswered calls after several attempts).

·       Arranging cheque collection (via courier/ dispatch/ collection/ marketing staff) if needed.

Job Requirements:
