In this role you will:
Perform data entry, data validation, quality checks and preparation for data analysis for customers' feedback, collected from different sources (such as surveys, customer support tickets, etc.).
Provide support to create and share insights reports, and suggest ways to enhance/improve the product including but not limited to involvement in Voice of Customer (VOC) programs drive actionable insights.
