Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Support order processing, documentation, and follow-up on delivery status.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Work with purchasing and production teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Job Type:

  • Internship

Allowance:

  • RM600 per month

Internship Duration:

  • Minimum 3 Months

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m....
