Internship - F&B Services Management

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and drinks for guests.
• Manage manual payments and food orders via apps.
• Monitor inventory and order stock based on forecasts.
• Greet guests, manage bookings, and handle inquiries.
• Assist with event setups, games, and serving food during parties.
• Maintain sanitization of kitchen, equipment, and common areas.
• Conduct routine safety checks and report any broken equipment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in F&B/ Culinary/ Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism/ Event / Entrepreneurship Management or ANY equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wyndham Suites KLCC.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays and overtime.
