Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist with HACCP Documentation & QA/QC
Conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the development of new food products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Assist in the formulation and optimization of recipes, considering taste, nutritional content, and cost.
Conduct sensory evaluations and contribute to consumer testing.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and food handling guidelines.
Demonstrate self-discipline and independence in daily tasks.
Assist with production team whenever necessary
Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
Possess own transport for commuting to and from the workplace.
