Job Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management:
Assist in product uploads, campaign planning, and performance tracking for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Coordinate with fulfillment teams for smooth daily operations.

Rewards Program:
Support the setup and promotion of a simple customer loyalty program using digital tools.

Fulfillment & Packing:
Help prepare and pack online orders accurately, maintain stock of materials, and update daily records.

Inventory & Office Support:
Track inventory for clinic and online store, restock supplies, and assist in general admin duties.

Learning Outcomes:
Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, clinic operations, inventory management, and marketing coordination.
