1⣠Administrative Support (Primary)
Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
Handle WhatsApp enquiries under supervision
Prepare and organise clinical documentation
Assist in report formatting and filing
Maintain patient records confidentiality
Support billing coordination and payment tracking (non-clinical)
Ensure therapy rooms and materials are organised
2⣠Marketing & Outreach Support
Assist in creating educational content related to child development
Draft captions for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Google updates)
Help coordinate parent workshops and events
Assist in managing Google review follow-ups
Prepare simple posters / Canva materials
Support SEO content drafting (basic blog drafts)
