1⣠Administrative Support (Primary) *

• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Handle WhatsApp enquiries under supervision
• Prepare and organise clinical documentation
• Assist in report formatting and filing
• Maintain patient records confidentiality
• Support billing coordination and payment tracking (non-clinical)
• Ensure therapy rooms and materials are organised

2⣠Marketing & Outreach Support

• Assist in creating educational content related to child development
• Draft captions for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Google updates)
• Help coordinate parent workshops and events
• Assist in managing Google review follow-ups
