JOB SUMMARY:
The Horticulture Design intern will learn skills essential to successfully working on a high-end resort. Intern will apply Landscape Architectural processes within the framework of Universal Orlando's Horticulture division. Intern will gain hands-on experience in the design and implementation of landscapes withing UO parks. Daily interaction with Horticulture's Landscape Architect will focus on area theming, design sketches and field sketches, development of design skills and hand-drawing skills. Intern will develop knowledge of Florida plant material, understand irrigation design, and learn to interact successfully with field personnel and other industry professionals.
