What you’ll be doing:

Manage all documentation and import/export data, track shipments, analyze costs, and verify process/reports related to accounts payable when questions arise.

Collect and classify documents, such as invoices and checks, that support business transactions.

Shipment tracking

Preparation of cargo validation

Review and modification of the bill of lading

Other functions (according to the department you work with)
