Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
The Investor Relations Intern will support the Investor Relations team in managing stakeholder engagement activities, internal coordination, and administrative tasks. This role provides exposure to investor communications, event coordination, and corporate support functions in a professional corporate environment.
Event & Engagement Support
• Assist in the planning and coordination of investor-related meetings, briefings, and engagement sessions.
• Support event logistics including venue setup, coordination with internal teams, and basic arrangements.
• Assist with catering coordination and on-site support during meetings or events, when required.
Administrative & Documentation Support
• Prepare and update presentation materials, reports, and simple data tracking using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Assist in creating and managing Google Forms for registrations, surveys, or internal coordination purposes.
