Internship - IT

We are looking for: WPS

• Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems
• Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
• Contribute to SSC Center technical documentation and participate in write up, document and record
• Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request
• Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A final year student with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language
• Internship period required 3 months and above
• Basic knowledge of Windows computer or server support and computer networking
• Have self-interest in IT Support / IT Infrastructure
• Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills
