About the role
We are seeking an Intern IT Support to join our dynamic team at ATP SALES & SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a contract position that will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry, specifically in Help Desk & IT Support.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for end-users
• Assisting with the set-up, maintenance and repair of copier hardware and software
• Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting IT support activities and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Participating in IT projects and initiatives as needed
