Internship - Manufacturing Engineer (SMT)

Internship Objective
To gain hands-on SMT manufacturing experience by supporting PCB assembly, process improvement, defect analysis, documentation, and applying IPC and Lean principles in a real production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in SMT process setup and optimization (solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering).
• Support engineers in monitoring production yield and defect analysis.
• Participate in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Help prepare process documentation, work instructions, and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Leading one project SMT project improvement to show the result.
• Learn and apply IPC standards for electronics assembly.
