- Data & Reporting Support
(a) Assist in collecting and organizing website and social media performance data.
(b) Support monthly reporting for website and LinkedIn metrics.
(c) Maintain basic analytics tracking (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Website Content & Translation
(a) Translate website content from English to Mandarin.
(b) Upload and update translated content into the CMS (e.g., WordPress).
(c) Ensure translated content is accurate, consistent, and well-structured.
- Content & Marketing Support
(a) Update website pages, blogs, and basic content edits.
(b) Support the team in content preparation for digital campaigns.
(c) Repurpose existing English content into Mandarin versions.
