Responsibilities

• Conduct market surveys, interviews, and data collection to understand customer needs, behaviors, and industry trends.
• Assist in market and competitor analysis to support business strategy and product positioning.
• Support in preparing market research reports, presentations, and summary insights.
• Help in identifying potential business opportunities and target segments.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns based on research insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align research outcomes with business strategies.
• Provide administrative and analytical support in ongoing business and marketing projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
