Key Responsibilities

• Assist in verifying halal certificates of suppliers, raw materials, and products
• Support preparation of documents for halal certification, renewal, or surveillance audits
• Conduct basic research on halal standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Promote Halal awareness program for internal and external Segi's customers
• Assist in maintaining and updating halal documentation and compliance records
• Support internal halal audits, outlet inspections, and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding halal-related documentation and requirements
• Assist in monitoring expiry dates of halal certificates and regulatory approvals
• Provide administrative support related to halal compliance and food safety matters
