• Registering new cases daily and uploading documents into FileNet.
• Converting image files into PDF when needed before uploading.
• Updating ePayment cases per day and printing cover sheets for Operations Support.
• Printing and scanning application forms (Surrender & Withdrawal).
• Processing documents from HSBC, including weekly ePayments and surrender cases
• Assisting in clearing backlog cases for ePayments and surrender documents.
